Fur Alessia LLC is led by Dr. Xiaofan Zhang, Ph.D., BCBA-D. Dr. Zhang became an RBT in 2019 and has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis ever since. His interests lie at the intersection of behavior analysis and technology. He has designed and coded a speech-generating device (SGD) and published research on the effects of SGDs for individuals with autism. Dr. Zhang has served as a clinical supervisor and director at multiple organizations, taught university-level courses, and has been interviewed by Forbes China.
